"The Iraqi government welcomes the reaching of a ceasefire agreement and the attacks on Palestinian citizens. We commend the Arab and international efforts to achieve this, in particular the efforts made by the Arab Republic of Egypt," the ministry said in a statement.
He stated that "the courageous positions of the Palestinian people while defending their land and sanctities, were and still are the title of our solidarity and our principled stance towards the Palestinian cause."
She stressed, "The necessity of reaching a just and comprehensive solution to this central issue. We pray for the souls of the martyrs who perished in this march, and we call on the wounded to recover quickly."
