    He emphasized that "the recruitment order included an officer with the rank of brigadier general, and two other officers with the rank of colonel," explaining that "the recruitment order was issued based on the provisions of Article 340 of the Iraqi Penal Code."
    On the other hand, and in another criminal case investigated by the commission, according to the statement, “The Investigation Court concerned with integrity issues in the governorate issued a summoning order for a former university president based on the provisions of Article 340 of the Penal Code against the background of a contract to install telecommunications towers.”
