    {Politics: Al Furat News} The United Nations announced, on Saturday, that it has worked with more than 300 non-governmental organizations in Iraq.
    The representative of the United Nations at the fourth conference of civil society organizations that was held in Baghdad, Irina Solarana, said, "The United Nations has established relations with civil society organizations to help provide services," stressing that "it has worked with more than 300 non-governmental organizations in Iraq." 
    Irina Solarana confirmed, "The United Nations re-established its humanitarian presence in Iraq in 2014," noting that "one of our goals is to enhance the capabilities of civil society organizations in Iraq to achieve their approach."
    On the issue of the displaced, "the representative of the United Nations expressed her aspiration to continue constructive cooperation with the Iraqi government to help end the issue of displacement and the return of the displaced," stressing "the need to develop permanent solutions to the problem of displacement and communication between the United Nations and civil organizations so that the day will come when there is no need for nations." The United States in Iraq, and for the Iraqis to do their part to live in peace, prosperity and security. "
