    {Economical: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Trade explained the reason for the delay in family transfers in the ration card.

    A statement by the ministry, the Euphrates News Agency received a copy of it, stated that "the transportation procedures for families in the ration card between governorates and regions will be launched after the completion of the procedures for distributing ration cards to families that have been withheld due to their failure to review to receive them during the prescribed period for distribution."
    The trade added, "It has mechanisms and controls that it works with in this aspect, and one of the most important reasons for the delay is to resolve the issue of the blocked families because they did not review the documents required to receive their new card for the ration card form during the period decided at the time of two months and the extension period in this aspect."
    She indicated that "if these procedures are completed and new regulations and instructions are completed, the transfer operations will be launched." 
    The Ministry pointed to the implementation of Cabinet Resolution No. 105, and it will begin on the first of June to block the ration card from some names and addresses that have been set by the Council of Ministers, as the high coordination with all ministries and agencies for the purpose of withholding the card from employees whose salaries exceed one million and 500 thousand dinars and
    indicated that "the categories Those that will be included in the blocking decision are:
    1- Unmarried family members whose total monthly income exceeds one million and 500 thousand dinars
    2- Contractors classified up to the sixth degree, and company owners registered in the Companies Registration Department (whether they are directors or shareholders), and registered in Federations of chambers of commerce up to the second degree, industries up to the third category, the union of businessmen, as well as the union of doctors, dentists, the pharmacists' union, and individuals who have a tax account of more than (18) million dinars annually.
    3- Travelers outside Iraq for a period of more than (3) months (it is temporarily withheld until proving their return), residing outside the country, and Iraqis who hold the nationality of the host country.
    4- Withholding also included inmates in central prisons (pending release), deceased inside prisons, belonging to terrorist organizations, escapees from justice, Arabs, foreigners, and refugees, with the exception of Palestinian families.
