Law: It is possible to discuss the budget in parliament before naming the President and the Prime Minister

BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
Said a coalition of state law it is possible to discuss the budget in parliament before naming a key government and the republic.
A member of the coalition, Abdul Hussein al-Yasiri told ((eighth day)) to discuss the budget and read a second reading does not need a major label and the government of the republic and it needs a House of Representatives and the presence of a quorum.
He added that the blocks postpone the second reading now for the purpose of completion of the naming other presidencies (and Minister of the Republic) and then it will be the first law in the parliament is to discuss the budget.
