[size=30]A deputy reveals to NRT the reason for the disruption of parliament sessions: This is what the members are currently concerned about![/size]

On Thursday, the representative of the Al-Hikma Movement, Abbas Sarout, revealed the reason for the delay and the lack of sessions of the House of Representatives [size=15].[/size]
[size=15]Sarout said in an exclusive statement to NRT Arabia (June 3, 2021), that "after the House of Representatives announced its dissolution in October, and in conjunction with the start of candidacy for the next parliamentary session, parliament sessions were greatly affected."[/size]
[size=15]He added, "The deputies' preoccupation with electoral campaigns caused a defect in achieving a quorum for parliament sessions, especially since the deputies have an electoral project and they must move for their electoral program and communicate with their audience because of the competition, which obstructed and delayed sessions."[/size]
[size=15]Today, Thursday, the Iraqi Council of Representatives decided to convert its session into a deliberative session, due to the lack of a quorum, due to the absence of most of the deputies.[/size]
