The Kurdistan Democratic Party bloc warned the political forces of an armed clash and violence accompanying election campaigns in some provinces and regions of Iraq.

The representative of Diyar Berwari expected an armed clash and violence between armed factions accompanying the electoral campaigns and propaganda of the parties and candidates participating in the upcoming parliamentary elections, after the spread of uncontrolled weapons.
He added that the government is working in coordination with the political forces to address such cases that may occur in the coming period and affect the date of holding the Parliament elections.
