The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers said in a statement received by Alsumaria News, "The Council of Ministers decided to authorize the Minister of Trade, the authority to pay a payment of farmers' dues of wheat and rye, from the liquidity available in the account of the General Company for Grain Trade."
The statement added, "The amount of the payment will be deducted later from the farmers' dues, which will be financed by the Ministry of Finance in the future."
