    Decades ago, many countries, especially the oil ones, established generation funds with the aim of developing and guaranteeing the rights of future generations in the event they need funds that they may not have at their disposal, or if their oil or gas wealth runs out, similar to the experience of the State of Kuwait, which established its Generations Fund in 1976.     Commission member Fadel Al-Gharawi said in a press interview, "The best solution to address the rates of poverty and unemployment, in addition to cases of beggary and child labor in the country, is to establish the Generations Fund," noting that "the Fund will provide urgent and adequate solutions to these problems, especially after their significantly increased rates. during the last period."
    He stressed that "the state has a legal obligation to guarantee individuals and secure the rights of future generations," noting that "the rise in oil prices and the state's income from money must be allocated directly to each citizen through the establishment of a bank account in the Generations Fund, as is the case in all countries of the world.
