Our correspondent in Tehran reported that a number of Iranian news websites, as well as websites affiliated with the Houthis in Yemen, as well as Iraqi websites close to Iran, have been suspended.
The reporter pointed out that "Iranian websites and media announced their exposure to hacking, accusing the US administration of stopping its broadcasting on the Internet."
And he continued, "The sites that have been suspended are Al-Alam TV, Al-Kawthar TV, the Houthi-affiliated Yemeni Al-Masirah TV, and also the Iraqi Information website."
He added, "The United States has suspended the broadcast of the Iranian children's channel (Hudhud) website."
He pointed out that "the suspension of the channels Palestine Al-Youm affiliated with the Islamic Jihad and Al-Lu'ala affiliated with the Bahraini opposition, as well as the Lebanese Nabaa channel."
Iranian news agencies stressed that "the US administration is violating freedom of expression with this behavior, and it is targeting news sites in the axis of resistance."
He stressed, that the blocked sites appeared with the phrase: “The image published on the websites to announce the blocking of the media cites laws justifying this step, which allow the US government to use the assets of entities involved in trafficking in technologies, materials and nuclear, chemical, biological and radiological weapons or involved in the confiscation of manufacture or Importing, selling or distributing illegal materials.
"We condemn this American piracy and copyright confiscation," she said.
She added, "We affirm that the march is continuing, with God's help, in carrying out its lofty message and confronting the American and Israeli piracy against our nation by all available means."
And she continued, "This American ban on the Al Masirah Net website and other friendly websites once again reveals the falsehood of the slogans of freedom of expression and all the other headlines that America promotes."
