, Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi confirmed today, Thursday, that he will visit the Iranian capital after the formation of the new Iranian government headed by the elected president, Ibrahim Raisi.
Al-Kazemi said, "The current government that he heads came to spare the blood of Iraqis and faced a year of challenges and attempts to obstruct reform."
He added that "there are those who want to make Iraq an arena for conflict between countries," noting that "Iraq has regained its international and regional presence."
He added, "The October revolution provided more than 600 martyrs and thousands of wounded, while our government chose the way to contain everyone to reach elections held in a safe environment."
And Al-Kazemi said: "We have taken tough decisions, and Iraq needs to rebuild the state, and we want to reform the country."
He pointed out that "we will not work on marketing the government's production, but we are concerned with the result," pointing out that "
Regarding the Gulf connection in the field of electricity, the Prime Minister said, "The electrical connection with the Gulf countries will be completed in 2022, and we have a project to build 43 hospitals across the country."
He explained that "his government has executed more than 30,000 arrest warrants in various cases, but the Anti-Corruption Committee has been distorted, but we will not stop fighting corruption."
And he indicated that "the government's measures to support the poor after raising the exchange rate were changed in Parliament."
