The Ministry of Finance determined the terms of contracting with free lecturers, and sent a letter to the Ministry of Education.
The controls included, according to the book of the Ministry of Finance, which was reviewed by “Al-Iqtisad News”, that “the Ministry of Education and the general directorates of education in the governorates that are not organized in a region contract with lecturers, administrators and free workers in the education sector who have been issued administrative orders and previous directives from those who started providing their free services in 1 /5/2020 or before that date, provided that all applications are resolved on 1/9/2021, and the Ministry of Education submits a monthly report to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, in which it shows the amounts of achievement.
And she added: "The monthly wage granted to lecturers is 250 thousand dinars, and the monthly wage for administrators and workers does not exceed 250 thousand dinars, according to regulations set by the Ministry of Education, taking into account academic achievement, and Cabinet Resolution No. (315) of 2019 and its amendments apply to them in a manner that does not conflict with the provisions of this decision. ".
The controls also included the formation of the Ministry of Education a committee headed by the Administrative Undersecretary of the Ministry and the membership of the Director General of the Administrative and Financial Department of the Ministry and the Director General of Education for the governorates for the purpose of setting the necessary controls to facilitate the implementation of the two decisions referred to above, taking into account the academic achievement of the students when determining the wages for each of them.
