Agriculture need 350 billion to meet its obligations

The Ministry of Agriculture 350 billion dinars from the Ministry of Finance to meet its obligations direction peasants marketers barley.
The agent said the ministry's technical ligature Mahdi al-Qaisi's (IMN), that "if financial sent us this amount, we will be able to repay part of the money of peasants."
He added that "the ministry was hoping to receive 600 billion dinars to support farmers, and these minimums to support farmers and marketing of crops and barley seeds higher ranks of the wheat."
It is noteworthy that the Ministry of Agriculture received 100 billion dinars, from financial, to be paid on the last decades of fertilizers and other contractual obligations.
