Al-Kaabi stressed that the ground forces are the backbone of all formations as they are the stake, the pillar and the force holding the ground, noting that the House of Representatives paid great attention to developing the capabilities of the security services, especially the specialized formations of these forces, and that the coming period will witness its visit to a number of operation cutters.
He added: During the discussion of the current year’s budget, no reduction was made from the allocations of security institutions, due to their importance in all aspects of life. There is no investment, construction, or normal life practiced by the individual or the state unless a safe security environment is available, calling on the General Command of the Forces Armed Forces to pay greater attention to supporting the leadership of the ground forces and enhancing their role in securing the borders, imposing the prestige of the state and consolidating security and stability in Baghdad and the provinces.
