Today, Monday, the Ministry of Labor has set a condition for implementing the decision to increase the salary of a full-time employee.
The director of the Ministry's media center, Najm Al-Uqabi, said in a statement to the official agency, followed by the "National News Center": "The ministry seeks to improve the living conditions of groups with disabilities and special needs, especially the paragraph of amending the salary scale of the full-time appointee."
He added, "The Cabinet agreed to increase salaries from 170 thousand to 250 thousand dinars," stressing that "the decision will be implemented if approved by Parliament within the 2022 budget."
Earlier, the Council of Ministers approved the draft law of the first amendment to the Law on the Care of Persons with Disabilities and Special Needs (38 of 2013), which was audited by the State Council and referred to the House of Representatives, based on the provisions of Articles (61 / Item First, and 80 / Item Second) of the Constitution Taking into account the notes of the legal department in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers mentioned in its memorandum No. M. D/ Q/2/2/335/60 L.Q., dated 27/1/2021.
