Agriculture explains the importance of establishing marketing centers in all governorates

The Ministry of Agriculture revealed, on Wednesday, the importance of establishing modern marketing centers in all governorates, while noting that it is one of the most important investment opportunities in the agricultural sector.
The Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Mahdi Sahar al-Jubouri, said in an interview with the Iraqi News Agency and followed by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "the ministry followed a policy of supporting production inputs and outputs, which led to achieving self-sufficiency in the food basket of basic agricultural products (potatoes, tomatoes and eggplant), as well as fish products. He pointed out that "in order to achieve a surplus in agricultural products, the ministry has started to export products to the countries of the Arab Gulf, European countries, China and India," noting that "
