Al-Luhaibi added, “The committee met with specialists in the Ministry of Education to discuss the origin of the law and the organization of its work, and the meeting was able to come up with mature results and paragraphs that guarantee the rights of teachers in private schools,” noting that “the law dealt with determining the wages collected from students, which is a paragraph under regulation, and it will be regulated Distribution of books according to a fixed schedule according to mechanisms, and the distribution of books will not be free from education to private schools as long as they meet wages from students, but at reduced and symbolic prices .
And he indicated that “one of the important paragraphs in the law is the size and area of the school, as there are schools that were built before the law with a small area, so it is considered a reality, while allowing them for a long-term period of time as a way to transform into the required space that will be determined by the law,” noting that “the law will address The issue of taxes on private schools in a manner commensurate with their capabilities with the reduction in order to reduce the wages received from students .
Al-Luhaibi pointed out that “one of the provisions of the law is that it will deal with organizing the work of private schools and working hours in accordance with the regulations stipulated in the law, and the inclusion of teachers in these schools in the Social Security Law for the purposes of service and retirement. The educational staff in government institutions, members of the educational staff in public schools and employees of the Ministry may not teach or take an administrative position in private educational institutions.
