The Parliamentary Finance Committee revealed, on Tuesday, the formation of a committee by the ministries of finance and planning, in conjunction with the committee's deputies, to draw up the budget for the year 2022, after the Minister of Finance announced that it would pass for the remainder of the current parliamentary session.
A member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee, Jamal Kougar, said, in a radio interview that was followed by / Mawazine News, that "the Minister of Finance's talk about passing next year's budget during the current parliamentary session is explained in two cases. Cougar added that "the budget, according to the Financial Management Law, passes through 6 stages according to specific time ceilings, starting from the sixth month. The concerned authorities in the federal government discuss it and on the 15th of October, it should be voted on and sent to Parliament for passage, and consequently, the Presidency of the Republic approves it and publishes it in the Gazette of facts."
