{Economic: Al Furat News} The Agricultural Cooperative Bank announced stopping the promotion of current account opening forms for the electronic payment card, and not receiving any form from customers or endemic departments, their salaries until further notice.
A source said to the media office of the bank, that "according to what was stated in the office of the general manager's office, No. 10400/1 on 2/8/2021, it is attributed: stopping the promotion of forms for opening the current account for the electronic payment card, and not receiving any form from customers or local departments Their salaries are suspended until further notice, with the suspension of submitting offers to the departments, and for auditing purposes, the promotion of all transactions of loans and advances whose salaries are endemic to our bank is stopped until the previous transactions are settled.
The source emphasized that "the settlement committees formed in the branches and offices distribute the issued cards by handing them over to the concerned departments or the customer himself, provided that an employee from the above committee is sent to the General Administration / Electronic Payment Department to receive and distribute them duly and as of 3/8/2021. "
