Al-Mashhadani added that "the project started on the Karkh side of Baghdad, and it is entrusted to a number of companies contracting with the Ministry of Communications and subject to the Law of the Media and Communications Commission."
Regarding the costs of communication, he indicated that “it is done in Iraqi dinars and at the lowest costs, as the price of a call from landline to ground is 5 dinars, and the price of a call from mobile to landline in the provinces is 15 dinars and from landline to mobile is 50 dinars.”
He explained that "the download is very fast, and its applications cover Iraq and are not exposed to weather conditions such as high temperatures or rain, because it is connected via a cable, according to the subscription cards from 15 to 100 thousand."
