The Parliamentary Security and Defense Committee said, on Tuesday, that the absence of the application of the traffic law led to an increase in crimes.
A member of the committee, Saran Al-Ajeebi, called for "activating the traffic law voted on in Parliament to reduce theft crimes," noting that "most of these crimes occur using stolen wheels with numbers."
Al-Aagebi said, "The absence of the implementation of the traffic law approved by Parliament led to an increase in crimes," stressing that "the law contains many penalties and addresses the problem of wheels bearing numbers that do not belong to them." Ended 29/A43
