The Investment Authority: New instructions regarding the sale of housing units in Basmaya

The Investment Authority announced, on Monday, that it will issue new instructions regarding the sale of housing units in Basmaya.
The authority stated in a statement received by "Al-Iqtisad News", that "according to the directives of the Chairman of the National Investment Commission, it was decided to cancel all exception books issued by the authority from the registration process for housing units in the city of Bismayah that have not been contracted with banks as of today, Monday, corresponding to 9/13/2021 and retroactively.
She added that she "will soon issue new instructions regarding the process of selling housing units and the mechanism followed with banks."
