The World Gold Council announced, on Wednesday, that Iraq maintained its 39th position globally and fifth in the Arab world for the third month in a row as the largest gold reserve in the world.
The Council said in its latest schedule for the month of October 2021, which was reviewed by Mawazine News, that "Iraq maintained its position of 39 globally for the third consecutive month out of the 100 countries listed in the table with the largest gold reserves, bringing its gold holdings to 96.3 tons, which represents 9.3% out of his other precautions.
