On Wednesday, the Parliamentary Legal Committee revealed the fate of the government after the elections ended and the results were approved.
Committee member Salim Hamza told "Mawazine News" that "as soon as the election results are approved and ratified by the Federal Court, the government will turn into a caretaker government until the formation of the new government."
And Hamza said that "the caretaker government is to handle the daily business and run the affairs of the ministries, either the allocation of funds, changes to positions and contracts or the creation of laws will not be within its powers."
And he added, "The government will not be able to conclude deals with any country, but rather it will be almost inoperative, and its work will be limited internally until the formation of the new government." Ended 29/87
