    [size=45]The Federal Supreme Court settled 21 cases pending before it during the past month and issued several decisions related to constitutional challenges .[/size]
    [size=45]The “Judiciary” correspondent stated that “the court issued its decision dismissing the case numbered (105/Federal/2021) regarding the request for a ruling of unconstitutionality and the invalidity of Article (38/First) of Law No. (9) of 2020, which includes that the counting and manual sorting be partial, and the judgment null and void. its constitutionality.”[/size]
    [size=45]He explained that “the court considered the case numbered (52/Federal/2021), which included the request for a ruling to cancel Articles (1/6/7/8) of Law No. (10) of 2021 (the third amendment law of the Accountants and Auditors Syndicate Law No. 185 of 1969), where It issued its decision to dismiss the case for lack of a constitutional violation . ”[/size]
    [size=45]He added that "the court issued its decision in the case numbered (44 / federal / 2021), which included a request to rule the unconstitutionality of the paragraphs (second, third, fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth) of Article No. (13) of the House of Representatives Election Law No. (9) for the year 2020 due to its conflict with the provisions of Articles (20), (14) and (16) of the Constitution, in addition to the request to rule that the division of electoral districts is unconstitutional according to the table attached to the law due to its conflict with the aforementioned constitutional articles .[/size]
    [size=45]And he indicated that "the court rejected the case numbered (100 / federal / 2021), which included an appeal to Article (12 / second / e) of Law No. 23 of 2021 (the Federal General Budget Law for the fiscal year 2021) .[/size]
    [size=45]And he added, “The court issued its decision dismissing the case numbered (70/Federal/2021), which included the request for a ruling to oblige the defendant/in addition to his job to implement the provisions of the constitution, free education, unify the private morning government education channel with the free public education channel, stop the collection of any tuition fees and achieve equality and justice in accordance with to the constitution .[/size]
    [size=45]The correspondent pointed out that " the court issued its decision No. agreeing to challenge the government launched by the Minister of Finance and approval to add financial allocations to compensate the employees ' salaries, contracts and wages as stated in Article (50 / a) In addition to the approval of the challenged government to reject the imposition of taxes of 15 %  on fuel As well as approving the government’s appeal regarding oil licensing rounds .”[/size]
    [size=45]He added that the court agreed to the government's challenge to establish petrodollar funds by governments and consider it an exclusive authority for the federal government .[/size]
    [size=45]The source added that “the court, by its decision No. (91 / Federal 2021), obligated the Iraqi parliament to receive and register objection requests to the validity of the membership of its members in accordance with the text of Article (52) of the Constitution.[/size]
