, Thursday, the Ministry of Electricity revealed the mechanism of its contract to purchase clean energy from international companies.
Ministry spokesman Ahmed Al-Abadi told Mawazine News that "the ministry contracted with companies to purchase clean energy over a period of 25 years, after which the stations' assets will be returned to the state, taking into account a number of issues during the establishment of these stations."
He added, "If the contract ends and the projects return to the government, the extinction rate should not be more than 25 percent, that the stations operate with a capacity of 75 percent, and that the companies bear all the maintenance required by the projects." Ended 29/A43
