Yesterday, Iraq: Baghdad , the Najaf Health Department warned, today, Friday, of a new epidemic wave close to Iraq.
And the department stated, in a statement, that "the Iranian authorities recorded about 12,000 new infections with the Corona virus in the past 24 hours, in an indication of a new epidemic wave."
The Ministry of Health had previously warned that complacency in preventive measures may accelerate the entry of the fourth epidemic wave of the Corona pandemic into the country.
