The official spokesman for the ministry, Abdul-Zahra Al-Hindawi, said that this measure came based on the directives of the Minister of Planning, Khaled Batal Al-Najm, to simplify the procedures for classifying contracting companies and contractors, because of the great developmental importance of the contracting sector, indicating that these trends come within the framework of supporting and empowering the sector. in general, and the construction sector in particular.
