The General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers sent the files of those covered by the political separation law to the Martyrs Foundation to complete the procedures for his appointment.
And the secretariat stated in a statement received by the “National News Center”, that “the Department of Political Dismissed Affairs in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers sent the files of those covered by the political separation law, for the purpose of completing the procedures for their appointment in accordance with the law and instructions in force.”
The list, which the head of the department Rasoul Abdul Ali Al-Azrajawi, obtained the approval of the head of the Martyrs Foundation to include them (173) covered by the provisions of the law.
The Department of Political Displaced Affairs in the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers issued a new list of those covered by the governorates of Babil and Baghdad with the provisions of the Political Dismissed Law No. (24 of 2005) as amended.
The department sent the lists of names to the Martyrs Foundation, for the purpose of starting to complete the procedures for their appointment as needed by the Foundation.
The head of the department, Al-Azergawi, confirmed that the department continues to sort and send the lists of those included, successively.
