Saleh told Al-Furat News, "If oil prices continue to rise at this level, it will certainly serve the economic situation, especially if the budget is designed on a hypothetical and formal deficit, which can fill the deficit from the differences in oil prices, which is called rent."
He added, "Therefore, there is the possibility and obligation that the budget includes job grades in accordance with the laws and the Federal Service Council has a list of appointments."
And Saleh indicated, "The rise in oil revenues in budget resources will play its spending role in promoting investment projects towards raising growth rates in the gross domestic product and maximizing the levels of employment of the Iraqi labor force, according to the opportunities that investment spending on projects will generate."
