The Chinese Customs Administration showed, on Sunday, that Iraq ranked third as the largest oil exporter to China during the month of October.
And the administration said in a statistic seen by Mawazine News, "China's total imports of crude oil fell for the month of October to the lowest level in three years, amid a wide ceiling imposed by Beijing on the imports of independent refineries."
And she added, "Iraq ranked third in the list of the largest oil exporters to China during the past month, with 4.609 million metric tons of crude oil, equivalent to 32.723 million barrels, equivalent to 1.090 thousand barrels per day, down by 1% from a month from October of last year."
And Chinese customs indicated, "Saudi Arabia has maintained its classification as the largest supplier of crude to China for the eleventh consecutive month, as these exports reached 7.1 million metric tons, equivalent to 50.41 million barrels, or 1.67 million barrels per day, an increase of 19.5% from the month of October. November of last year," noting that "Russia came second, with exports amounting to 6.643 million tons, or the equivalent of 47.165 million barrels, or 1.56 million barrels per day, an increase of 1.3% over last year."
And she added, "Oman came fourth, with exports amounting to 3.430 million tons per day, equivalent to 811,000 barrels per day, while Angola came fifth, with exports amounting to 3.038 million tons, equivalent to 718,000 barrels per day." Ended 29/A 4
