    [size=45]Foreign Minister Fouad Hussein said, on Monday, that Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde, will visit the Kurdistan Region.[/size]
    [size=45]Anne Lindy is scheduled to meet with senior officials in the Kurdistan Region and hold discussions on files of common interest.[/size]
    [size=45]Hussein announced the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding with Sweden, during a joint press conference with his Swedish counterpart Ann Linde.[/size]
    [size=45]Hussein said Iraqis make up 2 percent of Swedish society.[/size]
    [size=45]He added that "Iraq's relations with Sweden do not only pertain to joint political support and international issues, and do not pertain to trade and economic relations, but rather pertain to long-standing societal relations."[/size]
    [size=45]He stressed that "the Swedish government supported Iraq in its war against ISIS, in addition to the Swedish organizations having played an important role throughout Iraq."[/size]
    [size=45]The Minister of Foreign Affairs stressed "the importance of reaching understandings with the Swedish side regarding the file of asylum seekers," stressing "the signing of a joint memorandum of understanding with Sweden."[/size]
    [size=45]And Swedish Foreign Minister Ann Linde arrived in Baghdad yesterday, Sunday, on an official visit, during which she met with Iraqi officials.[/size]
