Prime Minister Mustafa Al-Kazemi directed, on Tuesday, to hold accountable employees who deliberately violate the public interest and obstruct citizens' transactions.
The Media Office of the Prime Minister said in a statement today (November 23, 2021), that "Al-Kazemi received the citizen Abdul-Zahra Idan Al-Fatlawi, who complained to his sovereignty through the media about the attempts of employees in one of the state's departments to force him to pay a bribe in exchange for the completion of the treatment of his rights." .
The statement added, "Al-Kazemi listened to the details of the citizen's complaint, and reviewed the progress of his treatment, which had been suspended for years in one of the state's departments, and the reasons for disabling it."
And he continued, that Al-Kazemi "directed the concerned authorities to follow up on the citizen's complaint, and to hold accountable employees who deliberately violate the public interest, and obstruct citizens' transactions."
