The head of the victory coalition Haider al-Abadi called, on Tuesday (December 7, 2021), to make a pilgrimage to what he described as "black terrorism", after the bombing of Basra.
Al-Abadi said, in a statement received by  IQ News , that he "condemns in the strongest terms the terrorist act that Basra Al-Fayha' was subjected to, and I have mercy on the martyrs, and I pray to God for safety for the wounded," stressing "the necessity of putting an end to the black terrorism that is active to undermine our people and our security."
He added, "Maintaining security and stability is a joint responsibility, and the government and the relevant local authorities must re-evaluate the plans and management of the security file on the basis of the priority of security, and the adoption of the intelligence effort, proactive work, and the re-establishment of incubators."
The Security Media Cell had announced earlier today, Tuesday, that the Basra explosion was caused by the explosion of a motorcycle, killing four people and wounding four others.
