    {Local: Al Furat News} Head of the Federal Integrity Commission Alaa Jawad Al-Saadi confirmed that the authority has taken great and promising steps during the past recent period. ), in addition to the apparent escalation in the implementation of red-handed seizures witnessed by various state institutions and departments, in addition to the investment of amending the Commission’s Law No. (30 of 2011); To convict those who prove the existence of inflation in their money, and to refer those who refrain from disclosing their financial liabilities without a convincing excuse to the judiciary.
    In his speech at the celebration organized by the Commission on the occasion of Victory Day, the establishment of the Iraqi state, the International Anti-Corruption Day, and the launch of the National Integrity Week, he expressed his hope that the celebration would be a motive for unity in order to achieve human, moral and patriotic values, and an incentive to escalate the pace of work in the field of combating Corruption and preservation of public money. 
     He added, "We are living the memory of the great victory over the remnants of darkness and terrorism, the liberation of the land from the clutches of the terrorist organization, and the establishment of the Iraqi state, whose pillars were built by our grandfathers and fathers, who hope that we will be a compact block of values ​​that leads to a national awareness that preserves sovereignty and ward off everything that might harm it." .
     In part of his speech, Al-Saadi touched on the occasion of the International Anti-Corruption Day, which the world celebrates on the ninth of December of each year, explaining that the phenomenon of cross-border corruption requires everyone to join hands, cooperate, help and join efforts. In order to reduce its danger and reduce it, and then eradicate and eliminate it, by adhering to the laws and the provisions and articles of the United Nations Convention against Corruption, calling for the activation and application of what came out of the International Conference for the Recovery of Stolen Funds held in Baghdad with wide Arab and international participation; Consider it an important initiative in the field of combating corruption and recovering funds locally, regionally and internationally.  
    He urged the implementation of the recommendations that came out of the conference, to create an international pressure group; To work with the countries that are custodians of the looted funds and assets, and to issue a bulletin with the countries that are confirmed to have refrained from cooperating; In order to push it to cooperate in the return of funds and convicted persons, and the formation of international courts specialized in the issue of recovery, in addition to expediting the implementation of the provisions of the international and Arab anti-corruption conventions, giving importance to issues related to the recovery of funds.
    At the conclusion of his speech, he noted the launch of the activities of the National Integrity Week, which this year bears the motto (With Humans Long Live the Nation). The philanthropists are to eradicate corruption, chase the corrupt and put them behind bars, and create a clean institutional environment in which the ethics of integrity and transparency prevail, and the preservation of public money.
