    {Political: Al Furat News} A legal expert sees 4 scenarios and possibilities before the Federal Supreme Court, after it postponed today, Monday, the decision on the appeal submitted in the results of the legislative elections to the 22nd of this month.
    Ali Al-Tamimi said in a statement that {Euphrates News} received a copy of it, “I see that before the court the following:
    1 - The Federal Supreme Court’s decision today to postpone the consideration of the appeal submitted by the objectors means postponing the ratification of the election results until after this case and other lawsuits filed before the court are resolved. Federal.
    2. the Court may , the Federal Supreme that the appropriate decision taken in accordance with the evidence presented in the case in terms of the application of the new election law and the law of the Office of the Supreme elections and whether the application is contrary to the Constitution or not?
    3- the Federal Court of lack of ratification of the election results in part or in whole or Re-counting and sorting manually throughout Iraq
    4- According to this and other lawsuits, it seems that the ratification of the election results will be delayed until these cases are resolved and the decision of the Federal Supreme Court is binding on all authorities in accordance with Article 94 of the Constitution.
    And last week, the Federal Court set, today, Monday, a date to consider a claim to annul the results of the Iraqi elections submitted by the head of the Al-Fateh Alliance, Secretary-General of the Badr Organization Hadi Al-Amiri.
