The Conference of Ministers Responsible for Cultural Affairs in the Arab World at its 22nd session in the United Arab Emirates
A statement by the Ministry of Culture stated that the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, Hassan Nazim, is participating in the conference, adding that among the agenda of the conference is a summit to celebrate the Arabic language, coinciding with its International Day, which falls on 12/18 of each year.
He continued, "The title presented during the summit is (The Arabic language from the perspective of tolerance and coexistence among societies).
He explained that the UAE Ministry of Culture and Youth is organizing the conference in partnership with the Abu Dhabi Center for the Arabic Language under the slogan (Dialogue of Societies and Communication of Civilizations) in conjunction with the 22nd session of the Conference. He pointed out that the Arabic Language Summit represents a platform for interaction and dialogue, bringing together decision makers with stakeholders and the public.
He explained that the summit coincides with the celebration of the International Day of the Arabic Language on December 18 of each year, which was announced by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), as the Arabic language is a pillar of the cultural diversity of humanity. It is one of the most widely used languages in the world, spoken by more than 400 million people.
The activities of the conference are organized in cooperation with the Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO), in the presence of 21 ministers responsible for cultural affairs in the Arab world, a number of general managers of international organizations, as well as a number of important personalities, during the period between 19-20 December. ./finished2[/rtl]
