{Political: Al Furat News} Coordinating Framework Lawyer Muhammad Al-Saadi suggested that the Federal Supreme Court would postpone its session scheduled to be held today, Wednesday, regarding the appeals submitted to the parliamentary elections.
Al-Saadi said in a press statement, "The framework's demands will inevitably lead to the postponement of the session to another date, because the experts need time to review the lawsuit file, reports and regulations submitted, and the problems that occurred in their regard, and then give their report after they have seen all that."
He explained, "The first requirement is to involve software specialists from Iraqi government college professors to review the reports and the technical side of the payments made by the framework because the court cannot assess the technical issue, and not even the framework can show it correctly."
And he indicated that "on the other hand, and most importantly, is the framework requirement represented by the parliament entering a third person in this lawsuit to seek clarification from him on the letter or report that is required to be sent by the Electoral Commission and to be submitted and presented to the parliament."
Al-Saadi pointed out that "in addition, a request was made to form a committee whose purpose is to determine the issue of votes and its mechanism of work, under the supervision of an expert judge specialized in this aspect."
Saadi was; He told Al-Furat last Monday: "We presented evidence except for the report of the examining company that is not known to everyone and that it is new defenses to the Federal Court of documents and documents, and we have dangerous evidence {no details were announced} that will be presented on 22 {today} before the Federal Court and it will be surprising and a reason for issuing a decision in the next session." .
He added, "We did not ask to postpone the case and submitted a list. The two parties (the coordination framework and the Electoral Commission) were allowed to respond to the questions. We presented evidence that was not presented, and during the session there was a dialogue with the court."
