Exempting the head of the Social Protection Authority and transferring her outside the Ministry of Labour

{Local: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has relieved Huda Sajjad of the duties of heading the Social Protection Authority.
And a ministerial order signed by the Undersecretary for Administrative and Legal Affairs, Alaa Aboud Saeed, stated that "according to the letter of the Prime Minister's Office, it was decided to terminate the assignment of Mrs. (Huda Sajjad Mahmoud) from the duties of the head of the Social Protection Authority in this ministry."
The ministerial order indicated that Sajjad was transferred "to the Ministry of Science and Technology and assigned the tasks of an advisor in the aforementioned ministry."
The exemption comes after the employee judiciary’s decision to cancel the “warning” penalty from Minister of Labor Adel Al-Rikabi to the head of the Social Protection Authority, Huda Sajjad, for lack of investigation or interrogation with her.
