Muhammad Al-Ziyadi told {Euphrates News}: "There is no government that is not consensual, and it cannot form a majority government in Iraq."
He pointed out that "the orientation of the framework will be towards the partners to form a stable and strong government, far from courtesies."
It is noteworthy that the coordinating framework put forward this evening an initiative that included 9 items that stated "the necessity of absorbing all constitutional and legal appeals and complaints regarding the election results by the judicial authorities, and the submission of the three presidencies to the agreement of the political forces, taking into account the prevailing constitutional custom."
