[size=45]The Iraqi president said on Twitter: "A new year is upon us, carrying with it the aspirations of our people, who faced with rare determination various difficulties and adversities, adhering to a solid will to preserve the homeland, accomplish reform and the right to a dignified life."[/size]
[size=45]Barham added, "A year will witness the formation of a new government that must be capable of a country we want safe with its people and neighbors."[/size]
[size=45]He concluded his tweet by saying: "Every year, the Iraqis are fine and peaceful."[/size]
