Nuri told Al-Furat News that: "The Ministry of Finance cannot obstruct the installation of contract employees who have been in service for 5 years or more, especially after its approval by the Council of Ministers, but the issue of delay and a will if the grades and financial liquidity are not available to them."
He added, "The race is if the Council of Ministers approved their confirmation without notifying the Ministry of Finance of the preparation, but all contracts covered by the installation are now among the items of the general budget for the year 2021 and are not part of the emergency budget."
"Legal reassurances exist because the law is in force and has been implemented in advance, and this is a sensitive file, and a large percentage of those covered by it have been officially appointed," Nuri added.
He pointed out that "accelerating the process of their confirmation also belongs to their ministries in accelerating approvals, and that the Ministry of Finance receives ready-made books with the fulfillment of all conditions."
And the Council of Ministers voted in its session held last Thursday to confirm contract employees in all ministries and agencies who have served for more than five years.
