And he continued, "This session will be different from the previous ones because it will witness the presence of an opposition that we hope will be real, which is something that happens for the first time during all parliament sessions, despite previous but failed attempts," noting that "political differences may generate real opposition that is supported by the remaining blocks.
Al-Luhaibi ruled out that “the quotas in this session will end completely, because that is impossible, but if the quotas are canceled or reduced, even by a small percentage, this is an important matter,” adding that “if the quota is reasonably reduced in this session, this may give way and encourage The next session will be much better and end the quota."
