{Umniah: Al Furat News} The Ministry of Interior announced that the Directorate of Residence Affairs had arrested a foreign suspect, one of the most important promoters of beggary in Iraq, and 45 other violators.
A statement of the ministry, which the agency {Euphrates News} received a copy of, stated that “through field follow-up and intensification of control efforts, the detachments of the Directorate of Residence Affairs in the Directorate of Civil Status, Passports and Residence were able to arrest a foreign national who is considered one of the most important promoters of beggary in Iraq and the recruitment of beggars to the country through sites Social Media".
He added, "It was also able to arrest 45 violators of the conditions and controls of residency in the Al-Bataween and Al-Bayaa area."
The statement indicated, "An investigation was conducted with this person who promoted beggary, while the necessary legal measures were taken against the other violators."
