Earth News/ Today, Wednesday, the Supreme Judicial Council issued a directive regarding the inspection of lawyers in the courts and to hear their testimonies.
According to a document issued by the Judicial Council, received by Earth News, “Based on the necessity of cooperation between the courts of various cadres and lawyers, we stress that lawyers are taken into account during the inspection process as they enter the presidencies of appeal and their courts.”
She added, "Noting the importance of the role of the lawyer during pleading, whether before the civil or criminal courts, and not ignoring or occupying the court while the lawyer presents his defense."
