    {Local: Al Furat News} The Federal Integrity Commission revealed that it had carried out three seizure operations in Najaf province, indicating that it had seized cases of fraud in two of the province's departments that led to a waste of public money.
    And speaking about the details of the operations, the investigation department of the authority stated that the team of the Najaf investigation office, which moved to the health department in the governorate, was able to control all the priorities related to the department organizing a Musataha contract on the square in front of the (German) Najaf hospital at a cheap price. , indicating that the contract included the construction of two garages, a green area, and (10) kiosks.
    The department added that the team, during a second operation, seized a property file owned by the Najaf Municipality Directorate. The existence of manipulation in it, explaining that the property designated for use (nursery) has been transferred from the municipality directorate to an exchange property (Arsa) capable of disposal from sale, rent and investment; This led to a waste of public money.
    In a separate operation, the team monitored cases of manipulation that accompanied the implementation of the middle carrot rehabilitation project in one of the city's streets, and records of receipt, purchase receipts and records of the implementation committee were seized. 
    Three fundamental seizure records were organized for the operations, which were carried out based on judicial seizure notes, and presented to the judge of the Najaf Investigation Court, which is specialized in examining integrity issues; to take appropriate legal measures.
    It is worth noting that Integrity announced, late last year, that it had carried out four seizure operations in Najaf that led to the detection of abuses and waste of public money, which resulted in the issuance of a recruitment order for the former director of Najaf municipality, along with nine others.
