Political analyst Muhammad Karim al-Saadi said that the renewal of the mandate for the three presidencies means the futility of holding early elections.
Al-Saadi told Al-Maalouma, "The holding of early elections was intended not to renew the three presidencies and to bring new personalities who meet the aspirations of the people who came out to demonstrate for change."
He added that "returning the same faces in the positions of the three presidencies means the futility of holding early elections, as everything that happened after the questionable elections is to repeat a previous scenario that does not achieve the aspirations of the people."
And he indicated that "some countries have sought to exclude the Shiite component and work to divide it, and to distance the blocs that reject the American presence inside Iraq from the political process, so that the overall decisions of Parliament and the executive authority are in the interest of Washington, without any opposition against these decisions." finished 25
