A number of contract employees said {for Euphrates News}: "The Ministry of Transport refrains from issuing a ministerial order appointing contract employees who have five years' service and who were voted on in a cabinet session without justification."
He pointed out that, "from today, we started to organize open sit-ins in front of the ministry building."
The Council of Ministers, in its session held on December 30, 2021, voted to confirm contract employees in all ministries and agencies who have served for more than five years.
