    {Umniah: Al Furat News} Today, Monday, the Prime Minister, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, chaired an emergency meeting of the Ministerial Council for National Security, in which the security situation in the capital, Baghdad, during the past hours was discussed.
    The Ministerial Council affirmed, according to a statement by the Prime Minister’s Office, a copy of which was received by the Euphrates News Agency, that “the terrorist operations that the capital witnessed in the past hours aim to destabilize social peace and security, and strict measures will be taken and security plans developed that would put an end to such sabotage acts.” that threatens public security in the country, and the security leaders whose sectors witnessed security breaches will be reconsidered, and there will be accountability for those who prove their negligence in performing their security duties.”
    The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, Mustafa Al-Kazemi, directed all security leaders to ensure that their security plans and procedures are appropriate to the situation in the country, and that their tasks are not limited to reacting to the event after its occurrence.
    Al-Kazemi also directed the redistribution of work spaces for the security and intelligence services, and stressed the need to activate the intelligence effort, and that its role be essential in security confrontations, and in the pursuit of terrorist groups and crime gangs.
    At the conclusion of the meeting, the Ministerial Council for National Security issued several security directives that would control security in the capital, Baghdad, and the rest of Iraq's cities, as follows:
    1- Emphasizing the previous directives regarding motorcycles by preventing them from being carried by more than one person, as well as restricting their movement in the street from 6 pm until 6 am. 
    2- Restricting the movement of government vehicles and preventing them from leaving after official working hours, except with a worksheet.
    3- Setting financial rewards for citizens for reporting any suspicious item.
    4- Requiring all shop owners to place surveillance cameras in their workplaces.
