Al-Rikabi added that "Dhi Qar Company is in contact with Petronas and Lukoil companies that work in the province with the aim of providing more job opportunities for the people of the province," stressing that "the province provides high-level protection for these companies in order to perform their work normally."
He explained, "The oil companies are delaying the disbursement of social benefits funds, which is a violation of one of the terms of the licensing rounds contracts that stipulate the implementation of projects under the heading of social benefits in areas near the oil companies or in the governorate at a cost of $5 million annually." finished/25
